Click My Account at the top of the screen:
On the next screen, click Schedule a Meeting:
Next, set up your meeting parameters. Please be advised, meetings cannot be longer than 40 minutes long or include more than 100 participants at a time. You can choose an hour long meeting, but it will time out after 40 minutes. Click Save at the bottom:
On the next page, you’ll have the option of adding the meeting to your calendar, or copying the meeting link. You can copy the meeting link and use the Email function in Blackboard to send the meeting to your students:
