Instructions to install Citrix Receiver and connect remotely to your virtual computer
PC
- Please click on the following link to install Citrix Receiver: https://www.citrix.com/products/receiver/
- After you download the Citrix Receiver go to this website. https://remoteaccess.concordia-ny.edu
- Log in using your User name and password
- Accept Concordia college Remote Access
- Agree to the Citrix License
- At the bottom of the web page you may see something that says run the following Add-on Citrix ICA client. Click the arrow and select Allow for all Websites
- Choose Allow for Internet Explorer Security
- Now click Desktops
- Now Click 003_Win7 Persistent Desktops – this will bring you to your virtual computer
- To disconnect from your virtual computer click the arrow at top of your computer and choose disconnect and then click OK
- Now log off Remote Access site by going to the right hand corner of web page click the down arrow next to your name and choose Log Off.
- Close your browser window

For previous OS: Go to the remoteaccess site directly: https://remoteaccess.concordia-ny.edu
Download and install the software. When it’s complete, click Desktops.
Click 003_Win7 Persistent Desktops – this will bring you to your virtual computer
