Login to the Zoom Client and schedule a meeting. Use the recommended settings provided in the picture below. Whoever schedules the meeting will automatically become the host. You will be required to record the meeting so the host will need to be able to save this file on their computer. This requires 500 Mb of free space on your computer. Also make sure the host has the presentation on his computer and has opened it before the meeting begins.
Start the meeting and make sure everyone has selected the correct microphone and their equipment is working. Keep in mind that the recording will begin as soon as the meeting begins.
Select the green share screen button, enable computer sound and select share. Screen share is working if there is a green line bordering your computer screen. Open up your power point and begin your presentation.
Once you finish the presentation exit the meeting and select “end meeting for all”. Once the meeting ends the video will begin processing, this may take a while. Once this finishes use the instructions provided to locate the video, https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/206277393-Finding-and-Viewing-Recordings.
Register for an account with drop box, https://www.dropbox.com/register. Logon to drop box and select upload files. Go to location of the video and select it. Select the MP4 version of the video, this will be the largest one. Select upload.
Step 7: Once the upload has finished, select share and email it to your email address.
